Unless it's meant to fill an preexisting gap, I don't see how a piece of metal in your face would complete you. If you wanna wear it, go right ahead. Just know it looks a bit foolish with an abaayah. I'd say the same of a dude tryna wear an earing or necklace with a khamiis or koofi.
