Here are the Hawiye Elders led by Xaad when Farmaajo resigned asking Farmaajo to take back his resignation and respect the "will" of "his" people who desire his government...when him and Ahmed Diiriye were leading pro-Farmaajo rallies in front of Villa Somalia
Xaad oo Farmaajo ugu baaqay in uu ka laabto go,aankiisa xil ka tagista.
June 10, 2011: Guddoomiyaha odayaasha dhaqanka Maxamed Xasan Xaad ayaa ugu baaqay R/wasaare Maaxmed C/laahi Farmaajo in uu ka laabto go’aanka uu isku casilayo islamarkaana uu qaato rabitaanka Shacabkiisa.
Xaad oo la hadlay idaacada ku hadasha afka xukuumada ayaa ugu baaqay R/wasaare Maxamed C/laahi Maxamed Farmaajo in uu ka laabto go’aanka uu shaqada uga tagayo islamarkaana

Here are Odaayasha Hawiye today led by the same Xaad saying Gaas is leading the TFG down the gutter
Nabadoon Xaad: Gaas iyo Golahiisa Wasiirada fashil bay u horseedayaan DKMG
Muqdisho: (Sh. M. Network) Odayaasha dhaqanka iyo Midnimada beelaha Hawiye ayaa sheegay in Ra’iisul wasaare Gaas iyo golahiisa Wasiirada ay fashil u horseedi doonaan burbur ku yimaada dowladda KMG Soomaaliya.

Not that Marehan are "anti-Hawiye" but I think beesha Sade needs to have foresight and concretely accept the olive branch beesha Hawiye is always interested in extending towards them.

and yet faarmajo is un-employed and gaas is the prime minister of the TGF...This is why hawiyaland is still burning while every other clan land except the vessel of alshabaab (ilkayare ) are thriving.
what else can one expect from an ethio-obsessed cuqbad filled ilkayare

hawiye ma rabaan federalism and they share this sentiment with beesha sade bari but for beesha sade jubaland its federalism all day errday
xaad doesn`t like farmaajo he likes beesha sade bari for political convenience and he see gaas as a federalist and saw farmaajo maybe as centralist
hawiye have a fear of the new constitution and beesha sade has some issues but we can live with it our interest are flexible so are approach is flexible too
Federalism iyo cabdiweli ali gaaz

allow dhowr

I support the idea of Jubaland and Somaliland being the two federal states whiles the rest remain one state which will be the main state representing the Somalia federal states. I have no wish for complicated regions such as Mudug, Galgaduud, Shabeelaha and Banaadir being divided and turned against each other in a game of creating nonsense mini-states. Everyone knows the demographic of South-Central Somalia is nothing like that of Somaliland or Puntland both are practically deserts inhabited by less than 5 clans.
If puntland rejects the idea of joining the south once again, then one big state from Baidoa to Merka to Caabudwaaq, to Gaalkacyo to Hobyo is needed.
nothing is written in stone, and these small mini-state created for each tribe is simply not feasible for Sade Bari, we will not only be landlocked but we will have to navigate through 100 mini-states to reach a port, it will be extremely inconvenient for us, and for other tribes.
Even if Hawiyo created a state and we created or own state for Sade Bari, I would prefer that, over having 100 mini-states between us an Mogadishu.

I support the independence of somaliland and jubaland because they were never integrated properly into the italia Somalia political structure they both where created looking after British colonial interest
I support habar gedir, xawadle and beesha sade bari one state solution for central regions, I believe that will serve as a counterweight to jubaland near enemies,
raxanwyanland and mogadishu fiefdoms
Beesha sade bari can be the great arbiter of the squabbles of xawadle vs habar gedir, sacad vs salebaan, cayr vs sacad etc etc

Eaglehawk exactly what I suggested is not something new brother, it was a reality a few decades ago.
Britain gave Italy Jubaland in 1920s, They named it Oltre Giuba, they incorporated it into the Italiana Colonie which Somalia was one of, but Jubaland was still treated as a seperate colony. Similar cases existed in the rest of the Italian empire, where two neighboring regions had separate Italian colonial admins, look at Eritrea and Ethiopia which became one country later and then split up again, look at Tripolitania, Liba, Crenacia joining into one country after the colonial era, but today they are going to split up again, or at the very least create separate federal states.
Jubaland has a unique history that it does not share with Somalia, so is true for Somaliland, but I am descendant of Daraawiish so I do support and believe both should be part of the larger Somali union, there is no point creating mini-states, we will end up becoming the joke, look at Djibouti, still a third world country, it only got its independence in the 70s, its a total joke, I really do not wish my country splitting up, but I do acknowledge Somaliland and Jubaland separate history. Also contemporary issues is forcing us to split up, 1991 was on the same level if not worse than Hutu vs Tutsi, silicii na qabsadey miyaa rabtiin, sometimes its good to play it lose and not be so strict about Somaliweyn.

Adali the problem is we have pro interventionists from Mugadishu interfering in Jubbaland, the hutus are sending AMISOM to the whole south so unless you want to fight for Jubbaland independence from Bantudom via Mug.
ps: someone ban this mody character always hijacking our discussions.
