Surely this is wrong some are in Somaliland admin,some are with Puntland and third one formed Khatumo state now why don't they come together and have one MOWQIF.

Well i think Isaaqs are, how many centuries the HJ lived with the Dhullos , they have more in common with them since they live together, if a Forest-living Boon comes up and starts speaking his broken-af Somali i think the dhullos will batter him with the hangools.
