All the expenses fall on the boy's family (from the food, to the hall, to even the girl's dress, jewelery, no contribution form the girl's side)
The wedding is more about following culture and pleasing others than doing what is right or good for the couple. (for example not only will the guy feed everyone who comes to his wedding, but he have to make sure he gives them each money, and pay different money to respect the girls relatives and family, this puts a burden on top of other expenses)
Alot of things aren't discussed are taboo, and have to be decided in the last minute by ppl who take over the wedding.

all these things needs to be reformed. and ppl just give the wedding to the girl and boy, and let them do a simple wedding, and ppl should support them and bring them food and money, instead of taking food and money from them.
