www.Livemocha.com its just like rosettestones but much cheaper, teaches you all the fundamentals of the learning process of the language. Comes with a few live chats with a tutor/mentor if you inquire the extra help

You can easily marry a young Syrian, Yemeni, Iraqi, etc. That's the quickest way.

They definitely do it.. Not sure if they are free though.
Do some research on it.. You'll find a free one. My old uni used to do it for free.
Also ask your local masjid about it..

Live few Years in Arab country, and you will be fluent. You don't understand How fun it is to speak arabic fluently, apart from religious Puposes you can ear drop/communicate with many people from Morroco to Gulf arabs, Internet Trolling when speaking arabic becomes Much more enteratining too, loool. i have Met somali's who speak arabic Fluently and they are Hilarious when they speak it, Sometimes I think Arabs don't deserve a language as arabic its just too good for them wallahi.

The obvious answer would be to go to an Arabic speaking city for a year or two and you would learn the language quickly.

Or you can sign up for classes.

It takes a while though. It took me about a year just to learn how to read and write in Arabic. However, I can't speak a word of it nor understand anything any Arab speaker says. I guess it is helpful for reading the Quran.

It'll take a while. But hopefully you reach your goal

If you Use This Method your arabic will be as good as an indian in India who watches American Movies all day, we are talking about making sentences and speaking while the other person doesn't laugh at you If that is the case then you need to go to a place where you can speak the language first hand day and night so you won't sound robotic or like a Vocal google dictionary.
