The mindset of a winner/champion/leader

Post by Jam Street »

"start with the ball and finish with the ball"

That says it all, Pep doesn't like to share the ball. He's so greedy his team will not just outscore you and out corner you and out penalty you but they will also outplay you and fock you. This is our ball, let's keep it to ourself is his approach. I mean you will see Barca leading 3 or four nil and outplaying opponents like there is no tomorrow, and the moment they lose the ball you will see them play with a sense of urgency like you have never seen in a football game before just so they can recover their ball. That is the philosophy Guardiola has instilled in the Barca team he led.

Folks, what you are seeing is not a playstation football, but play directed by Pep. A legend who will be missed.

This man was a fraud. All he realistically did was hand out the half time oranges and give some positive and negative feedback when necessary. He inherited an amazing team and basically let them play. He never had a plan B when their style failed against ultra defensive teams. He cracked under the “pressure” of coaching the one of the greatest teams of all time. He greatly aged over the course of his tenure.

I’ll never forget when he conceded defeat against Chelsea in 2009 semi final and congratulating Hiddink before the final whistle Weak feeble individual who was exposed even when winning. If he goes to another other team he will truly be exposed for the failure he is.
