The Constitution allows reer Banadir state to establish their own regional federal state even with Mogadisho as their capital

Yeah that's good i don't see anything wrong with that see also how they didn't define the borders of Somalia

Any way this topic is about the federal structure the People of Mogadishu and banadir state can have their own regional state with Mogadishu as the capital

Khalid, that looks great however Mogadisho shouldn't be part of any State as this would lead to that state being favoured over the others in terms of resources and such.

The idea of having Gedo with Bay iyo Bakool is fantastic and makes a lot more sense than it being with Jubbaland, I support 100%.

The Constitution says that the federal government needs to pass a law how the structure of federal state banadir capital xamar and the countries federals capital can coexist while it still is the countries capital its also located in a regional federal state.

Khalid am trying to read it and so confusing How come there is three examples of what can happen?
