It depends who u get advice from which also depends who u associate but certain ppl advice might change the whole situation.

The problem is that information is not readily available to everyone. Bad investment decisions are usually the result of greed and lack of information or peer pressure in the case of somalis who invest in CAD apartments in Dubai or housing estates in Africa.

Usually end up taking ma own advice after asking others (which sometimes pisses people off) coz i know i will be the one facing the consequence of it.
