Man if only the banks on the river were dug deeper by another say 4/5metres, dams were created 4/5km away from the city and waterways/canals connecting to the vast emty land that has farming pottential.

this city can be a permenant river city, wow i never knew rainfall in PL was that high, im done with wikiliars.
