In terms of inteligence, maturity, and good-decision making skill? I know there have been many tests that have been done to answer this question. The results of these tests, I believe will help an informed democratic society make better decisions as to whether women should run for office, be ceos', be proffessors.

They are not equal to men physically. But when it comes to pyschological factors then you end up with a validity/reliability problem.

A number of years ago, many behaviourial and social scientists claimed that black people had lower intelligence than caucasians because of the size of the circumference of the head. Eugenics also claims that.

Based on my little knowledge intelligence, decision making and other skills are results of nurture and not nature.

The general consensus is that men and women are equal, it's just that the averages and medians of intelligence are way different.

It's said that women are more huddled up around a certain level of intelligence that's perfectly equal to men, but men have stark differences among each other.

The most intelligent human beings and the dumbest human beings are men and the rest of men who are all that in between, while women aren't too different from each other in intelligence compared to men. High IQ people are dominated by males and absolute doqons are dominated by males, while women dominate the average.

Physically and psychologically women are deemed to be weaker, but that's not considered they're lesser as women and men are designed to complement each other and are supposed to be together as One.

Women having stronger intuition than men has also been disproven by scientists and scientists found out men are slightly better than women in recognizing another person's feelings and intentions. But that women are more occupied about it, because they're socially stronger than men.
