The US has been fueling conflicts for God knows how long, especially in Africa. If a nation's leader does not follow their utmost command they will topple or attempt to topple him after branding him x, y, z via its private organisations such as the UN. i.e Isaais of Eritrea.

I also believe in the law of 'the strongest rules', this however cannot be put into effect in Africa as the US will constantly bombard its puppet nations with a regular flow of cash and weapons. i.e Ethiopia.

I can declare with great confidence that if it wasn't for US policy in East Africa, Somalia would not be in a constant state of war. One side would have come on top or half a dozan tribal enclaves would have been established by now.

Of course other Imperialist nations would step in to take over the US role but I doubt that any would be ready to put itself in so much debt in order to keep other nations in a state of shitholeness.
