May be you would nuke out Awdal, and Khaatumo, before using against South Somalia, Kenya or Ethiopia. Or may be Iley's Liyu Police would kidnap the damn Jet as they were traditional geel qaads.

Typical african mentality. I would understand if SL's existence was under threat or something but there isn't a competent somali army anywhere. Who is gonna invade S/L? Sheikh Sharif? Futoole?

Just focus on building infrastructure and providing jobs. Don't fly before you've even learned how to walk (no pun intended).
