First it was Faroole after high profile traditional leaders decided to ignore his position and along with Abdiwali Gaas traveled to Istanbul, and now Galmudug's vice-president has committed a political coup by announcing they support the Turkey conference and sent ministers to represent them.
I guess Meles Zenewi's orders aren't really shaping up.
