it has been 120 days yet, what happened to the oil that was being drilled in puntland?

And our White friends are going nowhere, they're just splitting their assets between Puntland and the other operations so Puntland-obsessed investors can have their pie while less risky investors stay on board with Trinidad and other smaller targets. When the director says Puntland is being 'pulled out' it means that a separate company is being filed to cover the Puntland assets and investments. And this was just a hypothetical scenario taken out of context, he clearly stated that this would happen only IF Puntland was successfully shown to have commercial oil.

In any case, Range hasn't paid a dime in the last few years, Horn/Africa Oil and Red Emperor have been doing all the fundraising for the wells.
