Re: Rwanda & Djibouti
Heading there for potential hospitality startup. Do tell me though sahan, are most hotels in djibouti owned by local or do they have international players, aside from the usual shereton & kampinski. Does Djibouti offer permanent resident ala future multi citizenship(for taxing purposes) to foreign investors.
Re: Rwanda & Djibouti
Djibouti = Bad weather (too hot and dry) but good looking people.
Rwanda = Humid temperate weather, nice landscapes, but the people are ugly and look too Bantu. Only Tutsi minority looks decent.
