Do isaaq clan have traditional dance because having a dance means you have “daqan" which means you are highly cultured clan
I have never associated saylaci or dhaanto with isaaq those a dances they adopted from a primery source
Sailaci is a old dance mainly done by guudibirsi and cisse it orginated in around saylac and spread with the migration of cisse and guudibirsi towards diri daba

Eagle they have ciyaar hoobay hoo in Hargeysa,, and there are also some other dances done the one i posted and the Isaaq galbeeds in gabiley also do the seylici , Ciise and Samaroon do it also.
Monday its true i have been to ciise And Mohammad case wedding few weeks ago and they do the Seylici dance very well Isaaq weddings it happens also the Ciises have some crazy zulu dance two ma aragtay taas
