Unfortunate news for the Slanders and Puntis
Dowladda Mareykanka oo
sheegtay inay xayiraad
saarayso ciddii ka hor-
timaadda heshiiska
Roadmap-ka iyo Dastuurka
Isniin, June 11, 2012 (HOL) — Xukuumadda
Mareykanka ayaa ku hanjabtay inay ku soo
rogayso xayiraaddo ay ka mid yihiin kuwa
safarka cid walba oo ka hortimaadda fulinta
heshiiska Roadmap-ka, dastuurka cusub iyo
weliba in madaxweyne la doorto.
Kaaliyaha xogyahaha arrimaha dibadda
Mareykanka ee arrimaha Afrika, Johnnie
Carson ayaa hadalkan ku sheegay shir
jaraa'id oo uu ku qabtay Nairobi, kaddib
safar uu shalay ku tagay Muqdisho, kaasoo
uu kula kulmay madaxda DKMG ah iyo
odayaasha-dhaqanka.
"Xayiraadaha waxaa la saari doonaa cid
walba oo qas-wade ah, kana hortimaadda
howlaha looga gudbiyo xilliga KMG ah ee
Soomaaliya. Waxaana jiri doona heerar ay
kala yeelan doonto cunnoqabteynta," ayuu
yiri Carson.
Sidoo kale, Carson wuxuu sheegay in
tallaabadan ay tahay mid la saari karo
xubno dowladda ka tirsan iyo kuwo dibadda
ka ah, isagoo sheegay in tani ay tahay mid
looga hortagayo in la carqaladeeyo geeddi-
socodka nabadda ee Soomaaliya.
Dowladda KMG ah ee Soomaaliya wuxuu
xilligeeda ku eg-yahay bisha Ogoosto ee soo
socota, waxaana dadaallada socda lagu
tilmaami karaa kuwii ugu xoogga badnaa ee
la isugu dadayo in dowladnimadii
Soomaaliya dib loogu soo celiyo muddo 21-
sano ka badan.
Booqashada Carson uu Muqdisho ku tagay
oo madaxda dowladda ay ku sheegeen inay
tahay muhiimad gaar ah leh, ayaa wuxuu
kula kulmay madaxweynaha Somalia,
Shariif Sheekh Axmed iyo ra'iisul wasaare
Cabdiweli Maxamed Cali, isagoo sidoo kale
kulam muddo kooban socday la yeeshay
xubno ka socday odayaasha dhaqanka.
"Dhab ahaan waxaan Muqdisho kusoo arkay
ammaan, waxaana taas sabab u ahaa
dadaalladii ay sameeyeen ciidamada
AMISOM iyo kuwa dowladda KMG ah oo
dagaal la galay Al-shabaab," ayuu yiri
Carson.
Mar la weydiiyay Johnnie Carson in
Mareykanka uu dib uga furayo
safaaraddiisii Muqdisho ayuu sheegay inay
xaaladda iyo isbedellad qiimeynayaan ka
hor inta aysan qaadan go'aan buuxa.
Dalal ay ka mid yihiin Turkiga, Itoobiya,
Jabuuti iyo Suudaan ayaa horay uga furay
safaaradahooda Muqdisho, kuwaasoo si
caadi ah u shaqeeya, wuxuuna Carson ku
tilmaamay tallaabadaas mid lagu farxo.

Re: Unfortunate news for the Slanders and Puntis
What does this have to do with Somaliland?
We are not part of Somalia
Not part of the TFG
not part of the road map
The only thing naga dhexeysa waxa weye the talks planned between Somaliland govt and Somalia's TFG govt and if certain conditions are met we can start the dialogue. You got to be with you're countrymen Darth Somali the Puntlanders galmudugians the TFG TFP and others road map TFG signatories or people from Somalia.

Indeed gacanyare, but the gaalo do not see things like that.
They see Puntland(stealth secession) and Somaliland(open secession) as parts of Somalia.
So if any one comes against their sons(tfg) they will use sanctions.

Re: Unfortunate news for the Slanders and Puntis
Yes but its different Puntland is part of the TFG part of the road map and part of Somalia , we dont care if the world sees Somaliland and Somalia as one country, there is the issue the international community told Somaliland authorities and Somalia's TFG authorities to open dialogue to clarify their future relations. This is going to happen so Somaliland cannot be warned since its willing to talks or Somaliland cannot be called spoilers since there is nothing to spoil on their part. Whilist Puntland if they reject the road map they are in serious trouble if they reject qariirada nabada Somalia ma fahantay.

Stupid Hawiye babies, who can stop Puntland from doing what it wants, we'll just whisper in Mahiga's ear.
And why do you care about the secession of Puntland, you filthy monkey, we've tried to introduce civility in the form of consecutive governments for you uncivilised savages.

Maybe not in your world but it has everything to do with Somaliland as well. The world recognizes Somalia as one and the world accepts the Roadmap as the way to governance for Somalia. When Hillary Clinton was specifically asked about Somaliland, she made the point to include them in those who will be considered to be held accountable by the Roadmap. Re: Unfortunate news for the Slanders and Puntis
What did she mention can u quote the US foreing Minister
This is how it looks today
The road map the signatories
Puntland
Galmudug
TFG
TPF
ASWJ
They are part of the road map they are stakeholders of Somalia ,the world told Somaliland and the TFG govt of Somalia to talk and clarify their future relations they will support such dialogue and will mediate. Hillary clinton knows that the state department knows that Mr Carson knows that David camaron knows that. And Somaliland is not against if the TFG ends its transtion, Somaliland cannot stop the TFG end their transtion or not the road map signatories can stop it only.

Re: Unfortunate news for the Slanders and Puntis
^It sounds like you read the whole article upside down since it seems your talking out of your arse. No never has Somaliland ever challenged any of the TFG crooks, rather it has always been Puntland: on what was to be Somalia's constitution, one was sent to Puntland the last minute; they reviewed it and made suggestions... I know you would like the US to brand Puntland a spoiler but that is a just cause. When came the Somali clan elders conference Puntland as expected sends its elders to Mogadishu, yet we all saw the way the role of Somali clan elders conference was mismanaged and manipulated in Mogadishu; Puntland voiced its concern... I know you would like the US to brand Puntland a spoiler but that again is a just cause. The usual spoilers yet again manage to move Puntland to push back came the Istanbul conference luckily the Turkish Government responded positively to Puntland's concerns... exactly why Puntland always wins, the state always raised just concerns.
Trust me you little cunt by hook or by crook, Puntland will hold the TFG's corrupted official accountable and in the process we will prove to everyone that our state is the best around. Only Puntland is this bold; this at a time when top officials from the US are visiting corrupt officials in our nations capital:

Re: Unfortunate news for the Slanders and Puntis

My Selective understanding on the issue and what has come out of the London conference and all subsequent dailogue:
1. Overcoming Somali political stalemates in TFP.
2. Dealing with Spoilers of the "Peace process".
3. Delivering services to the people to prevent another humanitarian crises.
4. Support offered to those contributing to positive developments.
5. Gains made against shabab must be consolidated.
6. Piracy prevention must be substantial.
It is clear who is being dictated to and who is expected to face the consequences. The intended Somali political trajectory for 2012 is the utter failure of every agreement signed or agreed to by a Somali politician so as to further discrediting the Somali name.
Every one of the above points to which the Somali leaders have signed to and agreed to will fail to be delivered by the end of their Term in Aug2012.
The $130million missing is a fraction of the $millions which current politicians have stolen and these same funds stolen from the poor civilians will be used to abuse them when the era of the Warlord returns after the fall of Shabab. In fact the civilians will be subjected to treatment far more inhumane then anything witnessed under Shabab.
2012 is going to end in a blood bath, Since Shabab minimised piracy we should see a rise in that activity too.
