In an hour and half the first group game starts for them and hopefully we shall beat the French. A pay back for what they did to us in 2004.

Welbeck and Young will be putting up a performance.

That squad has to many liverpool players and few chelsea players. It will flop big time.
France will dominate them.

Wellbeck, Young, Chamberlain, Milner, Parker?

Plenty to choose from.

I don't think downing or caroll will start but if Wellbeck and Young don't play upfront is wish Caroll would. He played impressive at the FA Final.

Since Defoe will be on the bench I thought might as well add him for now. I got the feeling he will score a goal for some reason, if not he will provide the assist.
