Somalimidnimo, Somalimemo freedom of press rights issue;

Post by afisoone »

pursuant to first Amendment, Congress can make no laws abridging freedom of speech or of the press.
Freedom of speech and press include not only the right to speak or publish freely but the right to refrain from speaking or publishing.
That is the establishment clause of the freedom of speech.

If the "federal government has a compelling interest of somalimidnimo and somalimemo freedom of press", then they can limit and go after those press because there is a compelling interest such as the safety and security of the United States citizen.
I just want to inform those presses who are calling for their right to free press, sometimes there is a limitation if there is "compelling state interest".
Just to inform my brothers to consider those limitation.

Afisoone, don't be fooled. It is most likely that these websites are run by people who are agents for "YOU KNOW WHO." There is no way they could have been running with their extremist news for such a long time had they not been part or work for the establishment. Many websites are created to know who put his (or her) comments there, and who is a fequent visitor.

DR-YALAXOOW, you failed on that note big time. The folks who run that website day and night bash PL. They even throw insults at clans who settle PL. It is actually fadhikudirir website that presents itself as Islamist supporting website when in fact they day in day out bash clans in their topics.
