That's that bullshit mentality that promotes rape. A woman's sexuality =/= her clothing. Sometimes I buy a skirt because it's cute, sometimes I wear one because it's 95 degrees out and I'd be damned if I were to be in a long skirt and a cardigan, but hardly do I wear one to display my sexuality.
