Are foreclosed Homes haram or halal to buy?

Foreclosed Homes.
Knowing that the previous owners were foreclosed upon and now their former home is up for sale to the general public.

Yeah its halal, you don't need the previous owner's consent. As long as your paying by halal means, you r good

So basically if i have halal money that is free from haram i could simply buy the home without worries.
But what about the instict that tells you "Yaa akhii the previous owners lost it the haram way"?
The home was invovlved in haram practice by both the previous owners and the auctioneer who saw fit to keep all their money while evicting them to sell it again?

That is moral issue. There is difference.
