Let America and EU handle Afghanistan and Iraq. Kismayu is for Kenya to take.

I think we need to be serious and patriotic in some issues such when our soldiers are abroad and fighting. Let us leave our petty politicking for the time being. If we think we can take Kismaiyu then lets do it. Even if you know you are strong, it is wise to mobilize for international support on such foreign missions. America is strong and able to fight alone, but always carries along its European along on any foreign military assignments. Let us learn from this

Kenyans let us join efforts and offer moral suport to every soldier in somalia irrespective of where he comes from. Go, Go, go for their necks, KDF

I believe in our forces more than ever, they can do it without the help of US. So far they have done a commendable job...we are proud of you guys

There is much need for RAILA to discipline his loose talk. We all know that the successes made by KDF is not going down well with US, Europe & earlier AMISOM forces. They thought halting KDF by integrating it to AMISOM will discredit the gains made by KDF and credit themselves. KDF have the capacity to capture Kismayo without the so called 'help'. Its very shameful.

I dont believe in RAILA ! Kismayo has already been taken. What with the Al Shabaab Generals fleeing Kismayu! RAILA is soliciting for funds i dont know for what purpose or he is campaigning for someone in the US. Period

Yusuf Haji should brief PM RAILA about the big power in this war. He should also know that, when Kenya is at war , there's no ODM or PNU; but Kenya

Why this premature comment about Kismayu, why does he want it to appear as if KDF is a helpless force that must be assisted by his western cronies. He is not the Comander in Chief, let him appease his western backers about another matter, not the war please.

Interesting to see what Uncle Sam does. They are already seeing victory with the KDF and AU troops and would like to take credit. 20 years, where have they been? Most of us know your game. Only that where there's your interest, you come in haste. Syria is burning and you have not been able to intervene unlike Libya where you were there from the beginning because of your interests.

Yes, sure, impose travel etc sanctions on Al Shabbab members and others! Because they were visiting the White House yesterday. What empty threats! If the international commmunity was interested in Somalia, they would have rolled in their might armies etc. Did they not role into Bosnia, and most lately Libya? But Rwanda, Somalia et al? Nothing of interest. That is a fact. So Mr Carson should go ahead and impose travelling bans on alshabab. Furthermore, do they not bank their money in Eastleigh? And are their assessts not in Eastleigh? What control does the US have over such? You tell me.
