There is no way that Somalia is in the top spot for the index of failed states. I mean a country going through with all of these new developments in such a short time cannot be called a failed state:

A country that is going through all of those changes with all of the pressures and civil unrest that is placed on it cannot be designated a failed state. I think there are other motives why Somalia was placed in that category.
