Do you support cutting/shaving the beard or do you say that it is obligatory and every Muslim man should have one?

Yaro the beard is Sunnah, a strong Sunnah. Which is strongly recommended.

I know its sunnah some people think its not fardh its sunnah (optional)

and I know many asian muslims who still try their best to grow beards

There's a reason why Allah created men with beards. It has many natural health benefits.
