Who cares what he says. The talks concern Somaliland, the TFG and the two concerned clans which are Dhulbahante and Warsangali. Dhulbahante have their representitive, Warsangali dont really seem to care because they arent making so much noise. The future in this region should be very obvious for everyone who is interested in peace and propsperity for all Somalis .
Somaliland is not going to become a separate country but one of the 3 federal states of Somalia .
The dhulbahante are going to be included in the same state as the gadabursi , the warsangeli the cise and the isaaq.

Faroole and Puntland should start working on improving their relations with their neighbours , the Hawiye and the Marehan .
