Sex before marriege

What do you think of that considering in our religion and culture it is forbiden , and nowadays in The western world young people are bombarded with sex at a young age and are doing it at very much young age and hence unwanted pregnancy and many different sexually transmited diseases .

We should follow the example of wise and smart Westerners who advise abstinence, watching only rated movies and TV series, engaging in physical activities (Somalis can be good at running long distance), etc.
