Bath salts..
It has numerous benefits. The main benefits are.. that it helps to not only exfoliate but it also helps detoxify/purify your skin.
It draws out impurities, oil, dirt and also pollution from the skin.
In the long run it'll improve your skin's radiance, texture and also tone..

I've tried a few from Boots.. But I didn't like them..
A friend once brought me a gift basket which contained 'Cleopatra's Choice Dead Sea salt'.. And I
it.. Kept buying it ever since..
It's a little on the pricey side though..

^ Me too!

I'm so confused.
Anywho, back to beauty tips, Honey is lovely on both Hair & Body. It also gives you a lovely glow, moisturising and you can also consume it! So, it benefits you both externally and internally.

I don't get the external use of honey I put it on my face once and it was just uncomfortable. I also put some egg thing in my hair once, didn't get that either it just feels wrong.
btw West you made me miss my salt scrub I think I'll buy a new jar it's crazy how soft your skin gets.
ps Do you mix the salt with the water or do you just exfoliate while in the bath?
