Internet connection speeds must have improved there a lot. Last time I was in Africa just checking your email would take like an hour at all the internet cafes and here you are uploading videos to youtube. Good progress.

The internet connection is pretty decent for an African nation, not decent but effing expectacular.

As of matter of fact this place has many free wi-fi hotel lobbies and outdoor cafe's..imagine sitting inside a garden tropical scenary using your blackberry and laptop..awesome..

Losing weight is an African mandotary diet system..the reason I tend to lose weight here is bc I'm constantly on the move and also bc I eat all natural..I buy so many mangos and watermellons!
