seems like IC said Faroole cannot interfere in these talks yet Caalin is there? I guess any obstacle to Somaliland-Somalia on going talks have been sidelined.

The talks between Siilaanyo and Shariif Ahmed's cohorts is a joke - nothing of worth have been agree on and come August 20 it's game over for Sharif Ahmed.

As for where Farole was during this IRIR gathering, well across the hall enjoying his lunch while reviewing his speech at the Counter-Piracy Conference in Dubai; the same speech Sharif and Siilaanyo were forced to listen to after the two were done shaking hands in between lunch break.

About this whole proposed dialogue between the IRIR that excludes Puntland to satisfy separatists demands, Puntland already said it was opposed to it in a letter signed by President Abdirahman Mohamed (Farole) prior to this conference.

Puntland is power house that will not be sidelined sxb 8-)

What is this irir people keep talking about the Somalia President and the Somaliland President are talking not that they talked about something important but still the talks started which is a good thing for the first time. This is the first meeting,, as for President Faroole well this doesn't include him the world said that Somaliland and Somalia leaders should talk and they were specific the SL govt and the Somalia's TFG govt.

D runner how come no MJs were included in the talks and dialogue? Even there's one marehan, one warsangeli and one dhulbahante including hawiye yet MJ got sidelined? This shows that IC doesn't care about faroole and only see him as an obstacle to these historic peace talks.

I see that you said faroole is addressing the piracy issue. of course this is mainly his responsibility as 90% of piracy hubs are located in puntland (his home turf) including garacad and eyl. galmudug president who controls xarardheere already co operates with IC which includes high detailed security contracts with the world's most advanced navy including NATO/EU joint piracy taskforce. why hasn't faroole co operated?

so many questions!

^If there are Marehan, Dhulos and Warasangli as you claim - who exactly do they represent? Perhaps Farmaajo, a known Shariif Ahmed cohort; Khatuumo, Makhiir both also condoms used by Siilaanyo and Shariif Ahmed's cohorts to further divide Puntland. If Puntland is really an obstacle to anything then how do you explain the Roadmap process engineered in Garowe, Galkayo, etc. in moving Somalia forward come August 20? I don't speak "ilkoyar" sxb, try making sense will you.

As for piracy, neither Eyl nor Garacad are any longer hubs for pirates; if my memory serves me right both Hobyo and Harardheer still do, two towns claimed by Galmudug. The truth is its only Puntland that's already in co-operation with the world's most advanced navy not the other way around as you claim sxb, but your an "ilkoyar" and associating everything negative with us I understand is your ilks favorite pastime.

Boss man Faroole is making sure Sheikh Sharif doesn't commit treason. If I were you I would be worrying about Al-Shabaab remnants taking over your villages again.
