If you watched the entire clip... you wouldn't excuse such behaviour by saying ' oh but they are poor too!' That is a government facility, people are black and blue from beatings they sustained from their employers, are forced to live amongst trash spilling out from the garbage bins so much so that it is covering the entire floor....also they are sleeping on HARD FLOORS without any bedding of any sort...and all this is happening in 2012 in what is one of the richest countries in the world.
