shariah law: the west is more islamic then the islamic world

William III , the man that caused the glorious revolution and whos action impacted the american founding fathers

Apart from liberalised laws of the west, the infrastructure of law based society in the west is correct.
I remember this quote from Egyptian jurist Muhammad Abduh
I went to the West and saw Islam, but no Muslims; I got back to the East and saw Muslims, but not Islam
soon I will put forward a argument for beesha sade with regards why the ICU`s Kritarchy is something we should study because its importance cannot be underestimated.

You can`t have a state upon the principles of jacques Rousseau social contract without legal tradition, which I believe the Somalis have; also you can`t have a modern state without the principles of Consent of the governed which john lock put forward
The historical background of john locks ideas stem from when the English parliament wanted to depose the catholic king James II in favour of the protestant king William of oranje from Holland

John lock was with William of oranje when he invaded England and it was john lock that argued in favour of what the British parliament done during the glorious revolution, which was against the old Germanic selic law of royal inheritance
The states arbitrary status is derived from its enforcement of the rule of law combined with the social contract between the people

social contract and the notion of covenent in islam
Remember We made the House a place of assembly for men and a place of safety; and take ye the station of Abraham as a place of prayer; and We covenanted with Abraham and Isma'il, that they should sanctify My House for those who compass it round, or use it as a retreat, or bow, or prostrate themselves (therein in prayer).
the notion of consent in islam
To you be your way, and to me mine”(Qur’an 109:06).
There is no compulsion in religion, for the right way is clearly from the wrong way. Whoever therefore rejects the forces of evil and believes in God, he has taken hold of a support most unfailing, which shall never give way, for God is All Hearing and Knowing. 2:256

garaad, celi and cali dheere come handy

2) Standing army- we need army to monopolise the legitimate use of force in order to back up the court systems legitimacy

Whenever I read the American Constitution I can't help but feel it was truly written for the people.
