Walaahi earlier tonight I called this habasha dude who is my barber because I wanted to ask him if he can give me a haircut after working hrs tomorrow night before I leave and when he answered the phone I started by joking with him and saying I have a major news for him that I had heard out of Ethiopia. Of course I didn't hear anything from Ethiopia but only knew what was posted in this forum. Before I even told him what the major news was, he said he has heard Meles is dead and asked me if that is true. So yes, the rumor is there in the Ethiopian community.

I am planning to go to the Brotherly Ethiopian Parties once the news breaks. The ones I know deeply despise the man & were instrumental in lobbying against Zenawi even during the Somalia occupation.
