Who told this people to make the elders part of the process. They said no one would dictate to them when they would hand over the names.

They want to choose the President themselves and edit the constitution.

These old farts are hindering a peace proccess that has been on the backburner for 21 years, I really despise any obstacle towards transition to the permanent government. I suggest they be given a deadline to hand over the names of the constituent assembly or face severe repercussions including the removal of their post.
