In catching a con artist!

So this guy offered me a summer job that pays well but unfortunately his a con artist, he wants me to "pay" for license, intiation fee, etc and I am guaranteed a job after that.

What he doesn't understand is I did a background check on him and I called the company his using as a front and they had no clue who he is

So we decided to join forces to apprehend this sick individual!

The company who were really pissed btw said if I am successful in getting this guy, I will be rewarded

he no longer wants to meet in person as he suspects something is up but his willing to finish up everything over the phone, he wants me to read him the money order number.

hahahaha nigerian scammers dhib badnaa, i remmeber two years ago in the middle of a recession i could not get a job no matter how much i tried and then i got an email from this company claiming to be located in the city i was living and offered me a position which i didn't even apply... lakiin they were slightly smart about their scamming plan they said i will join the company for 1 week trial and if it goes well i get the position, i was naive enough to sent them back an email saying when can i start and asking the address , i got an email back from this time asking for my bank account details for wages purposes, since they didn't specificly ask for my credit card details i thought this was a legit shyt completely making me believe its all true.. but later common sense prevailed and i replied baack insulting the shyt out of them and saying i will report this to the australian federal police (walahi i was paranoid for that whole day thinking they might retaliate and withdraw my money in the bank )...

Go get 'em tiger, btw any chance is it a craiglist job ? The place is literally crawling with con artists' preying on naive recipients.

It's actually a .gov website, the company immediately contacted them and the .gov were beyond embarrassed to the point they pulled it.

I am afraid I might have been compromised but the con thinks I am too dumb thus doesn't believe I was involved.

I was the victim once...thats way before I knew that place is full of tuugs

I was more inclined to read that you were about to go through a stomach gastric by pass surgery. What a disappointment.
