They wasted half of their meeting discussing dhulbahante elders

The selection of members of Parliament (MPs) from Dhulbahante was agreed by two Dhulbahante participants namely Minister Dahir Khalif of Puntland State of Somalia and Mr. Abdikarim Hassan Jama....

Dhulbahante have known traditional elders ( we call them Garaads), but Faroole requsted Fake elders (his friends) to select MPs for Dhulbahante. The elders who are in Mogadishu are the known traditional elders of Dhulbahante, and the elders coming from Garowe are fake elders who do not represent Dhulbahante.

The MP slots should be divided within each Sub-Clan unless Faroole has a legitimate elder on his side? Btw the elders dont decide the mps but the Clan should convene and have a unanimous position atleast thats how we are doing it.
