I dont listen to Nicki Minaj nor do i advice anyone to listen to her music but you guys do know Akbar means greater or bigger right? so technically she said Asalamu alikum where is greater or akbar? She didnt insult Allah. Actually there are a lot of indians taxi drivers named Akbar in New York lol. Now if she would have said Allah Akbar =Allah is greater than that would have been an insult.

As for the person passing this around on facebook they are actually causing more harm than good. Most muslims are not even aware of this but now you will have many muslims looking at this half naked women. Best thing is to ignore such things.

technically Akbar means greater but its usually used by some muslims to mean greatest which is wrong. When someone says Allahu Akbar their saying Allah is greater. This is the exact translation in arabic but for some reason among the people Allah is greatest has become more popular even though that is not the correct meaning. So when you enter your prayers with Allahu Akbar your saying Allah is greater than everything else. in Arabic when you put I infront of a word it always means more or less. for example Asghar means smaller, Ajmal means more beautiful, Agbar greater etc.

As for these women is better to stop listening to her all together.
