Let us wait to see actual names so we know finally but if this is true, something is wrong. I agree reer Diini should get no more than 2. The other two should go to two more sub-clans.

Btw it is right that Fiqi Yacquub and Hawlraarsame are always included in stakes as form of "xaal". I think that was the original agreement in Embagathi.

Also this is the Lower House, the upper house will be based on 18 regions, I would like to see how the 4+ "senators" of Beesha Sade are given and if indeed it will be given to other sub-clans. As I understand Labo-Garre will be one of the representatives of Beesha Sade in the Upper House so maybe that is where reer Siyaad Xussein will get their seat in parliament.

But I don't understand why we have to accept 14 seats, I think tolka needs to protest this and lobby for at least 20 seats, but even with 16 seats we can be adequately represented in the parliament, and these will be additional subclans.

You kidding right? The injustice is that reer Axmed only has 1 when rer Diini has 4, Reer Axmed should have 4 seats aswell. This is not acceptable.
