Abdi this is peace..
the scale of fighting is below the level of skirmish.
It has been the strategy of Somaliland to maintain this very low level of fighting because it can be maintained indefinatly .
It doesnt cost us much in terms of casualties or expenditure.
The poor dhulos will ultimatley fold, because of lack of funds , lack of leadership and make peace.

on the otherhand imagine if we had a lack of leadership on our side and the government allowed the hotheads in the army to do what they wanted.
Buhodle will be smoking rubble, thousands of dead civilians, and tens of thousands of refugees, a forced union of all dhulbahante
and finally media exposure.

Somaliland will not only lose sool but will lose its sovereignty and have AU troops on its territory and become basically another somalia.
