I believe it is the worst case scenerio. I would even have a shady like Sharif Hassan because at least he will move things. Sheikh Sharif is not suited to run a village. He is ignorant, inefficient, and ill-equiped to ever call himself "president" of Somalia again. He is the worst case scenerio followed by the corrup Sharif Hassan.

As much as i hate this buffoon, his capacity to become the next Ceydiid to retain power is as lethal as his inability to run a state. The senseless killings of prominent people in Xamar might just be the beginning and not the end.
