Good Move on Sheikh Shariif

Let the Court decide the Fate of those who have been disqualified. My Question is, If the court decides they are criminals, would they be taken to jail or they would still remain free?

He's right though it' should be up to the courts of the country on who can or cannot run

The so-called Technical Committee is not independent as well.
