Banadir Administration

Going forward post transition, how do you see a Federal Banadir Administration?

What kind of issues should the federal administration be addressing. Key issues include security, economy, health, education?

What are the most important politcal issues, and how will power sharing be administered. What will the relationship be with the Federal government?

What are the borders for a Banadir Admin? Will Xamar be part of it, all of it, parts of it? Shabeelada Dhexe? Shabeelada Hoose?

Most importantly how will it garner the support and trust of the people both internally and within the diaspora?

Add anything else inshallah.

I am sure the people of Xamar will have a senator and VOTING house of representative if it chooses to be a federal capital district. They don't pay taxes either :russ:

No taxation with representation

Banadir pays more than any region towards supporting the central government than any other region

Greenday, your still on about banadir being part of a federal state?

If Banadir had a proper administration, and proper taxation, it would be one of the richest administrations by far.

Am not the only one who thinks Muqdisho should not be the capital or else it would have been stated as the capital on the constitution.

lol greenday, mark my words, there is no moving of the capitol, and there is no xamar being part of a federal state. If you look at the debates to move the capitol, there is no debate, except for one time as an attempt at political leverage by puntland. As a matter of fact, odayaasha beesha hawiye were very upset that the capitol wasn't explicitly stated in the constitution.

Greenday, is the goof in Garasbaalay not enough?

Xamar holds the investment of Persians, Omanis, Italians, A Republic, and the entire Somali people. You insult it by sidelining it with two regions.

Even that earlier talk by your clan has dissipated especially as we go forward, there will be no such talk. For the first time in 20 years, Xamar has went back to being the capital of Somalia again. It is not the time small time clan warlords and their supporters and clans spoke for it. :)

Maybe you should go to Xamar, the investment you talk about is nowhere to be seen. Anyone who cares about the city know the best thing for it is the capital to be moved

Well no shit my dear sister!

Ever heard of USC? :)

p.s. The discussion is head somewhere south so I will just say now, no never will Mogadishu join a federal state. Mogadishu is the governing federal district of the Republic. :som:
