I like Dhaanto. And I know Jaangow (I think it was supposed Jaanqow)...I don't know about the other guy, and think the dhaanto experts should give the verdict. Wait for Dangirl, reportedly first thing she does when she wakes up is going into dhaanto, I'm assuming it is an exercise version.
