When I'm at around the shops, this somali man gives me a shout out to give him a helping hand. he was struggling with two boxes of small cocacola or pepsi while I carried up 5 boxes. his wife was inside the shop, imressed by me with a dazzling eyes and said things I couldn't catch excep mashallah. I though she put her eyes on me for her intelegent daughter. I liked the unheard compliment and helped them again and again. Each time the wife would say: willka drink qaboow sii and he will say jazakallah... Labax geedaadii. I didn't like any more to help them, I wanted to get rid of them so this time I picked a big bottle of cocacola of two pounds instead of one pound stuff. last time I have seen him struggling and he even saw me and say nothing. I just feel I did shameful thing. I didn't even needed such a free drink just to get rid of them.

Waxaas waa ceeb sxb and I am kind of ashamed for you as well. Even if you got tired of them, there are better ways to break contact. Lakin rer Somali Muslim ah who has shown you such welcome and respect did not deserve that immature conduct. However, you have shown you are still a good person by having regret.
I would encourage you to apologize to them and come up with some excuse that shows humility.
