and how did she qualify, does she have any formal education or political background?

Waxa ka galay it's supposedly the parliament of his country. He has every right to criticise it, since it is supposed to represent him and all other Somali nationals. Having said that, the somali parliament is less than a joke. It is full to the brim with criminals, warlords and traitors. What difference does it make adding a washed-up singer to the equation.
