Hope springs eternal

Hope springs eternal in the human breast;
Man never Is, but always To be blest:
The soul, uneasy and confin'd from home,
Rests and expatiates in a life to come.

It's easy to befall to hopelesness, cynicisme and gloom. After the first round I didn't have that big of a hope for our new parlament. They are a bunch of grown up men and women who need to learn how to behave in a civilised manner when debating and when they lose a vote on their favorite issue.

But now I'm thankful for their choice . It was not my first choice. But it's a choice for change. Today they have proved that Somali parlamentarians are not sheep that can be brought to vote for one or another by a mere man of their equal.
