xasan sheekh is the Mohamed mursy of somalia, and that has new implications:
• less African and Ethiopian control, more independent policy
• more Islamic rules and regulations
These changes are in the opposite direction of the current Somalian policies. The new president has to be very strong to change the constitution, fight al shabab, keep mahiga's mouth shut....
