This whole women are an emotional wreck when they are on their period is a myth

Being on your period doesn't change how your feeling. The only time when they act emotional and bitchy is when they are in pain which is the first day but 2 pain killers and a little nap gets rid of the problem.

it is their personality and they use it as an excuse so they can get away with it

I don't mind working with women who are pms'ing cuz u can just ignore their bullshit when they turn it on...it's working under hormonal women that would work my nerves overtime.

My first job after uni was in an office with mainly women, the biggest thing that use to bug me was the backbiting. In each others faces they were best friends, but the minute one leaves they were nasty to her. I just use to ignore em, act anti social and pretend I didnt understand. Use to me think what they say about me when I leave.

The onlything bothers me when working in a female dominated workplace is when in the middle of August they turn the heater up. Imagine you're true gentleman and you are in that situation
