love sleeping with my smartphone. doesnt care if i dont cuddle after and just go right to sleep.
Considering that women won't sleep with me, it's nice to have something in bed with me
The greatest peril of sleeping with your phone is getting it pregnant.

The only time I sleep with my phone is if I have my headphones in. Twice so far.

Nice article though. Sucks for the business sector.

Always happens to me. It's good when I'm listening to an album, then it stops after a while. But when I put my whole library on shuffle......

Rolling over and finding an earbud stuck in your ear in the morning? Or accidentally hitting the volume toggle?

Repetitive I can't stand - dripping taps, car alarms, etc.

I'm a deep sleeper so I never notice any of that. The only thing I notice is when I wake up. Sometimes the music scares the hell out of me when I open my eyes (if the headphones are still miraculously intact that is).

This is a very good news in a way. Despite this family's misfortune, this news shows the rarity of such hazard  :)
