So far it looks like an informative blog. I'm not entirely sure what his political views are. However, he is post different articles pertaining to the latest events that are unfolding in the Middle East/Muslim world.

btw: "balanced"? does this mean the intent is to grossly depart from both views dominating eastern and western discourse?

im going to write when i have time but the issues of sham, masr, and shimal afriqiya don't interest as much anymore
