How come AS is only putting up a fight in Lower Juba? However whenever an Ugandan truck comes 200 miles within sight they scatter smh. If they fear the central african bantus so much they should end their resistance and come to the negotiating table.

It isn't as simple as you make it so. The Ugandan troops are aided by the world's sole superpower.
